Thank you for your interest in Mountain Made Gift Box!

 

We do not ship outside of the United States. We want to help you with the cost of shipping, so each box has a flat rate offered at checkout. The actual cost may be more than that amount, in which case we'll cover the rest. Flat rate shipping is offered in the mainland United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. In addition, we ship to you via all major carriers and you'll have the option for 2-Day Air and Overnight at checkout.

 

The turn around time at our shop from when you order a box to it shipping out is roughly 2-3 business days. We only ship on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday each week. We are not open nor do we ship out on weekends.

 

Transit time from our Erie, Colorado shop to your recipient's home varies based on how far the box is traveling. Expect up to 5 days of transit time to the East Coast and there are always extended transit times around holidays. Business addresses are more cost effective than residential addresses.

 

Our boxes are insured. If an item breaks in transit, please submit a photo of the

broken item to hello@mountainmadegifts.com and we'll start a claim with the carrier

to get the item replaced.
